Sedona Ki Energy Healing Course

‘Ki is the Great Life Force of the Cosmos’

Sedona Ki Energy Healing Course was established through the principles and practice of the Korean tradition of Tao.  Known as “Sun-Tao” (仙道), it is based on the understanding that we, as humans, are manifestations of the ultimate life energy.

Ki or Chi (qi) is the life force of all humans.  It has been recognized and used throughout the world since ancient times; in India it is known as Prana, in China as Chi, in Japan and Korea as Ki, and as the Great Spirit for Native Americans.

Weak or blocked Ki Energy can cause sickness, disease, agitation, and stress.  In contrast, strong Ki Energy brings about health and wellbeing, as well as increased mental alertness, focus, concentration and creativity.

‘Where Your Attention Goes, Ki Energy Flows’

Our Ki Energy flow affects how we feel, how we think, and the overall condition of our health.  Ki Energy healing restores balance to the energy systems of the body.  In addition to the physical benefits, releasing blockages and clearing stagnant energies can bring about a deep release of energies and emotions which have been held in the body for a long time.

It is often profoundly relaxing and healing can often occur much faster than people think.

Registration includes the entire program, room and meals.

‘Ki is the Great Life Force of the Cosmos’

During this retreat you will learn about the various aspects of Ki, and how to access and use it to balance and unblock your chakras and meridians.  Chakras are the power centers in the body while meridians can be thought of as rivers of energy running through it. You will learn how to unblock and balance chakras and meridians so that the body heals itself—and attains a state of physical, emotional and spiritual health.

What differentiates this course from others is the integration with Tao principles and lifestyle, opening the floodgates to a knowing of who and what you are – you will gain not only health but also a sense of peace, balance and long lasting happiness that can be shared with family, friends and your community.

‘Discover your infinite innate power to heal yourself on all levels, and then share what you’ve learned with friends and family’

“The Ki energy training saved my life in so many physical and emotional ways; I’m beyond grateful! I have stage 3-4 lung cancer in my left lung and after returning from Mago, results of a new scan showed regression and decreased cancer. Overall, there was improvement and no new findings! Thank you to everyone who participated and cared about my well-being and path of life! Thank you Master Seong for reaching out to me; I so look forward to seeing you all again! Prayers for all of humanity!” ~ Elizabeth, Stony Point, NY

HanMyung has touched thousands of lives and is a beloved trainer at Sedona Mago Retreat.  She was born and raised near Hamburg, Germany and made a major shift by moving to America in 2000. Three years later, after an ice skating accident resulted in a painful herniated disc, HanMyung began exploring Tao energy practices and principles. As her self-healing powers were activated, her back condition was healed.  Realizing the immense benefits of Tao practice and principles, she decided to start helping others heal themselves.

HanMyung has worked in the educational department of Sedona Mago Retreat for over eight years, gaining experience and expertise in energy meditation and energy healing.  She became a Tao energy healing master in the spring of 2010 and assists with advanced level training and ceremonies.  She also offers Healing Sessions, Prayer Practice, Tao Yoga and Tai Chi classes.

HanMyung lives a life befitting of her spiritual name which means ‘Life of Oneness.’ She says, “As I opened my eyes to the truth that everyone has the seed of their soul and divinity within, I dedicated my life to sharing my experience with the deepest wish that the seed of divinity comes alive and sprouts in everyone.”

  • “If I could create a corporate retreat and bring it here it would be great…  In the corporate world, where I live, we tend to lose our humanity and most of us don’t want that.  I learned that you can still be successful, still make money but yet still remain true to who you are and feel good about yourself at the end of the day.  Everyone has something they can take from this course if that’s what they’re seeking.” ~Kathleen

  • “…I learned a lot about healing methods—how to bring energy into my body and to areas that were painful…  What I’ve learned so far has helped me a lot in my life for pain relief and a more peaceful life.” ~Rosa

  • “My experience was very positive.  I learned so much in the six-day program…. Learning the principles and applying them will be exciting!”   ~Ann

  • “The training validated and confirmed many thoughts, ideas and feelings that my inner voice has been telling me for a long time.  My vision and direction of my life became more clear and better defined. ~Elena

  • “The Tao Healing Method helped me to relax, confront my grief and let go of bad experiences… ~Patricia

  • “I came with physical challenges.  This six-day workshop helped me to not only begin healing my body, but also my energy and spirit.  I plan to return when I am able…”   ~ Jonelle
